Christine o donnell first amendment

Christine O Donnell First Amendment:Christine o Donnel, a candidate running for the office of a U.S. Senate seat attended a debate at Widener Law School in Delaware. This debate proved to be an interesting question for all spectators during the game especially when the First Amendment was mentioned.

Christine O Donnell 'mentioned in his argument that there is no such thing as a separation of church and state. This caused such an uproar in the audience while Chris Coons, O 'Donnel Democratic opponent tried to explain the real deal on the first amendment. Coons said that the Constitution forbids the government to establish a kind of religion and Christine O Donnell reaction to almost everything the public is more surprised, as she says: "Where in the Constitution is the separation of church and State "

This issue is everyone's issue as well when it is clearly stated in the First Amendment: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof." After this, in attempts to recover from this situation, she also asked "Where in the Constitution is the separation of church and state?" What was placed in a situation much more difficult because it is clearly indicated both in the "establishment clause" as the state church separation should be implemented.

This "first amendment" Chris O Donnel situation is just one of many errors that the Tea Party has faced. Apart from that, reactions such as disbelief and confusion spread like wildfire through the media and the Internet because of its misunderstanding about the First Amendment and his belief in the non-appearance of separation of church of state.
