Jennifer Mee Charged With Murder, hiccups, hiccup girl: A woman from Tampa Bay, which has uncontrollable hiccups attention worldwide is accused in the murder of a 22 year old man during a robbery.
Jennifer Mee, 19, of St. Petersburg and two others are charged with first degree murder in the death of Shannon Griffin on Saturday.
Sgt. TA Skinner Police Department of St. Petersburg, said Griffin Jennifer Mee lured into a house where others robbed him at gunpoint. Police said Griffin was shot several times.
Skinner said Jennifer Mee and others have admitted their involvement.
Jennifer Mee was held without bail Monday morning. Pinellas County Jail records did not indicate whether she has a lawyer. telephone numbers listed for the mother Jennifer Mee have been disconnected.
Jennifer Mee hiccups - up to 50 times per minute for months - has gained notoriety in 2007.
