Josh Selby: Josh Selby was born in Baltimore, Maryland. Josh Selby is an American professional basketball player, college will be a team rookie basketball 2010-11 Kansas Jayhawks men.

Josh Selby attended Lake Clifton High School in Baltimore for his senior year, having already attended DeMatha Catholic High School and John Carroll School. He averaged 32 points, 7 assists, 5 rebounds and two steals per game during his senior season.

Josh Selby had initially committed to play for the University of Tennessee, but a release in July 2009. On April 17, 2010 Josh Selby committed to Kansas Jayhawks to the 2010 Jordan Brand Classic at Madison Square Garden live on ESPN2. Josh Selby chose the Jayhawks on a final list of teams including Kentucky, UConn, Arizona and Tennessee. Josh Selby is the highest rated player ever signed by coach Bill Self Kansas.

He was named McDonald's All American 2010 and scored 12 points for the Western team in the game. Josh Selby was also the winner of the dunk contest before the game.
