Nkotbsb: The original boy band New Kids on the Block took to the stage at the 2010 American Music Awards with the boy band of our own personal high school years, the Backstreet Boys. It was ... let's just say we like imagining Justin Timberlake watching at home, ride naked on his pile of money and laugh his butt off.
Make no mistake - the nostalgia factor was delicious. But the voices were quite difficult, especially for New Kids. We were pleased to see all five of them there are many - we do not know if "Blue Bloods" Donnie would stop time to come Rock it "Hangin 'Tough" style.
Speaking of songs, we also loved the sometimes awkward mash-up "Backstreet's Back," "Hangin 'Tough," "The Right Stuff," "Larger Than Life" and "Step by Step." We also thought the movements dance were hot - all the guys still moves. It was not the performance of Adam Lambert from 2009, but it was a fairly wide to end the series.
